Originally from Emmaus, PA. Attended University of Richmond, Richmond, Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts / Economics.

Professional & Business Background

My professional career began with traditional corporate sales roles. This was followed by starting several businesses, including a logistics company which I ran for 13 years before I exited the company in 2012.

Transition into Commercial Real Estate

I’d always maintained a strong interest in real estate and owned a portfolio of investment properties. After I transitioned from logistics, I moved into commercial real estate full time and started a property management company.

I managed over 100 units prior to selling my management company in 2020, and I continue to develop my own investment real estate holdings.

My transactional commercial real estate experience and primary work fall into the following areas:

I’ve been fortunate to have good success in these endeavors, and they’ve been almost entirely in eastern Pennsylvania. As a result, I have a strong network of professional relationships with banks, legal, accountants, and related specialties.

I have experience with redevelopment, municipal zoning work, variances, conversions, and construction.

East Penn & Emmaus

As a byproduct of me living in Zionsville and working in Macungie, my work has been active in the East Penn area, with a significant amount of work in Emmaus where I’ve cultivated strong relationships with municipal authorities.

Personal

I reside in Zionsville with my wife, two college-age children (and two very needy dogs).
